About Us

Located in the heart of Downtown Greensboro's Arts District, Cafe Europa has been a place for all people for almost two decades. We are a European style cafe and drinking establishment open seven days a week. We offer lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, and a full bar. Our physical space is split between the outdoor patio with its relaxing fountain and views of local landmarks, and the cozy wood and vintage tile interior.

Home of Greensboro's original Wine Wednesday, with half off wine to get you over the midweek, we also offer a special on our popular mussels every Tuesday, Steak Thursdays for the carnivores you may know and love, Fish Fridays, and a sprinkling of specials on other days.

"First visit to Europa Cafe this weekend! I really enjoyed it and will definitely be back and bring friends there. They have the cutest little outside patio right next to Lebauer Park, so the location is prime! They have a nice fountain in the middle of the patio too. The server said they’re known for their mussels, but I had their French Dip sandwich and a glass of white wine. My food was good, I liked everything I had! The servers were really kind and complementary, and prices were reasonable as well."

"Cafe Europa has been around forever, and the steak au poive is still just as good. The food is great, and their patio is number one in my opinion. With a working fountain right in the center, cute bistro tables, and greenery and fencing...you feel like you are in Paris. Wednesday is the best night to go, because they have terrific drink specials. Definitely sit outside!"
